Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Partial Shipments

MACRO NEO reserves the right to partially fulfill orders and will issue separate invoices for each shipment upon dispatch. Subsequent shipments will not be considered as a continuation of the initial delivery unless agreed otherwise.

Order Validity

MACRO NEO retains the final right of interpretation regarding order validity and will notify the buyer of any issues within 72 hours of order placement.

Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold under FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point terms. Once the product leaves MACRO NEO’s facilities, the buyer assumes responsibility for transportation costs, as well as any risks associated with loss or damage.

Shipping Method

MACRO NEO will arrange shipment according to the buyer’s instructions. If no specific instructions are provided, MACRO NEO reserves the right to determine a reasonable shipping method, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and efficiency without prior notice.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Buyers should review their order details carefully before confirmation.

Delivery Dates

All delivery dates mentioned in quotations and order confirmations are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery timelines may vary due to supply chain fluctuations.

Force Majeure

MACRO NEO is not liable for delays, non-performance, or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to:

  • Acts of nature (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
  • Government regulations, embargoes, or restrictions
  • Labor strikes, civil disturbances, or military actions
  • Transportation delays, vehicle shortages, or supply chain disruptions
  • Inability to procure labor, materials, or essential manufacturing resources

If such delays occur, the delivery schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

Return Policy

Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by MACRO NEO before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Product Traceability

Returned products must maintain full traceability. If the buyer loses traceability due to mishandling, the return request will be denied.

Packaging Requirements
  • Returns must be in original MACRO NEO or manufacturer packaging unless the part is defective.
  • Even for defective materials, traceability must be maintained to qualify for return.
Credit Issuance

Credit will only be issued after MACRO NEO inspects and approves the returned items.

Claim Deadlines

All claims must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility Criteria

MACRO NEO accepts returns and exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The delivered product has clear defects or quantity discrepancies.
  2. The product arrived unsealed before the buyer opened the package.
  3. The defect is reported to MACRO NEO within 365 days of delivery.
Return Process

For defective products, claims must include a test report or a detailed defect description. The return must be completed within 30 days from the invoice date, and a copy of the invoice and reason for return must be provided.

  • Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
  • If the returned product is confirmed to have a quality defect, MACRO NEO will cover shipping costs.
  • The returned product must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper use.
  • Defective product claims are subject to manufacturer inspection, and only products confirmed as defective may be replaced or repaired.

Important Return Considerations

  1. A copy of the original purchase order must be provided when requesting a return.
  2. Returned products must be in original packaging with intact labels to facilitate investigation and processing.
  3. Account credits will be issued after verification at the MACRO NEO distribution center.
  4. If a shipment is received with visible external damage, the buyer must report it to the carrier immediately and notify the MACRO NEO sales office for resolution.
  5. Returned products must be undamaged, factory-sealed, and free from physical damage, electrostatic discharge (ESD) exposure, or moisture contamination. MACRO NEO labels must remain intact for traceability purposes.
  6. Customers are deemed to have accepted the product unless they submit a written notification of shortages, damage, or defects within 365 days of delivery.
  7. Only products originally shipped by MACRO NEO are eligible for return to MACRO NEO.
  8. Certain products may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.
