8. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Orders may be placed via the email, or fax.
• Orders are processed between 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (except Sundays).
• An order is confirmed once the Company sends an order acceptance notification.
• If a product becomes unavailable, the Company will notify the customer for further action.
• The Company reserves the right to decline orders and issue refunds if necessary.

9. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, unless otherwise specified.
• Customers may request specific delivery dates/times, subject to availability.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The Company is not responsible for any losses due to delayed delivery.
• International shipping will be arranged based on discussions with the customer.

10. Payment Methods

Customers can select from the following payment options:

✔ PayPal – Online payment at checkout.
✔ Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX.
✔ Bank Transfer – Payments must be made in full before shipment.

Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Returns & Exchanges

✔ No returns or exchanges after shipment unless for defective or incorrect items.
✔ Customers must report defects, damages, or incorrect items within 8 days of delivery.
✔ Returns require prior approval and an RMA number from the Company.

• If a return is approved, the Company will cover return shipping costs.
• If no defect is found, the return will not be accepted, and the customer will be charged for shipping.

12. Order Cancellation

✔ Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order confirmation.
✔ If an order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible and shipping fees apply.

13. Product Warranty

• The Company provides limited warranty coverage for products, covering initial defects only.
• Warranty claims must be made within 8 days of delivery.
• The Company is not responsible for:
  ❌ Misuse, modification, or improper handling.
  ❌ Environmental damage (fire, flood, corrosion).
  ❌ Compatibility issues with third-party products.

Warranty claims must include proof of defect (e.g., photos, test reports).

14. Disclaimer of Liability

✔ The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from:

• Customer misuse of products.
• Unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or data loss.
• Errors in external software (e.g., third-party applications).

15. Risk of Loss & Ownership Transfer

✔ Risk of loss passes to the customer when the product leaves the Company’s premises.
✔ Ownership transfers to the customer upon full payment of the product.

16. Export Control Compliance

✔ Certain products are subject to export restrictions.
✔ Customers must comply with all applicable export laws when reselling or re-exporting products.
✔ The Company is not liable for any violations of export regulations by customers.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1.  Applicable Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Exclusive Jurisdiction

• Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Company maintains its principal place of business.

3.  Injunctive Relief & Equitable Remedies
